Hussain oversees all Western Mane real estate and construction activities, focusing on working with landowners & location authorities and structuring deals to maximise returns for all stakeholders, which is the backbone of our business. His specialist interest lies in national & local planning policy, design & legislation. Hussain is a shrewd financial operator, ensuring only the most commercially & socially viable sites are acquired & developed by WM. Over the past 24 months, Hussain has orchestrated numerous development projects with a combined GDV of £9.2 million.

Outside of the office, Hussain is an avid Liverpool FC fan with a strong passion of playing the beautiful game.

Possessing a wealth of diverse experience spanning across three decades, Ali takes responsibility for the day-to-day management of our office and provides guidance on strategic business areas such as finance, investment, construction and operation for the Western Mane Group. In addition, Ali overseas the running of Phoenix Residential, WM’s sister property management company.

Ali is a man of the people & enjoys his down time playing dominos and backgammon with friends.
