Planning permission was obtained for the conversion of a B1 office building spread across four floors into a Barber shop in the ground floor & 3 self-contained flats in the upper parts with a rear and dormer extension. The building was stripped back to the bone with an entire new sub structure to aid the creation of the new flats. This beautiful building situated a stone’s throw away from West Ealing Station which will have the new Elizabeth Line running through it.
